Rules for publishing AI images and prompts to the Image 2 community gallery.

Overview
The Image 2 community gallery lets signed-in users share generations with others. By publishing, you agree to these guidelines in addition to our Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy.
Publishing is optional. Only publish content you are comfortable making public.
What you may publish
- Original AI generations created through Image 2 using prompts you are allowed to use.
- Work that does not violate law or third-party rights.
- Content tagged with an accurate category.
- Safe-for-work content only. The gallery is not for adult material.
What you must not publish
Do not publish content that:
- Infringes copyright, trademark, trade dress, or other intellectual property.
- Contains sexually-oriented, pornographic, nude, erotic, or other adult/NSFW material of any kind — including AI-generated NSFW content, realistic or stylized nudity, sexual acts, or sexual posing. Private generation of this content is also banned under our Terms; publishing it is an additional violation.
- Depicts real people (including celebrities or public figures) in a misleading, defamatory, or sexualized way without consent.
- Depicts minors (or anyone who appears to be a minor) in a sexual or exploitative manner, or contains CSAM or non-consensual intimate imagery — zero tolerance.
- Promotes violence, hatred, harassment, or illegal activity.
- Includes personal data of others (phone numbers, addresses, IDs) without consent.
- Contains malware links, spam, or deceptive scams.
- Attempts to evade moderation by republishing removed content.
Reference images
If your generation used reference images, ensure you had the right to use them. Do not upload or publish references that copy protected artworks, logos, or branded characters you do not own or license. Do not upload NSFW or sexually explicit reference images.
Prompts
Prompts are published alongside images. Do not include slurs, threats, or instructions intended to produce prohibited content (including pornographic, NSFW, sexually explicit, or illegal material).
Moderation
- Published items appear in the public gallery immediately unless removed by administrators.
- We may remove, reject, or feature content at any time without prior notice.
- Featured items may receive bonus credits as described on the site.
- Repeated violations — especially NSFW or sexual content — may result in loss of publishing privileges or permanent account termination.

- Other abuse (including NSFW reports): contact support@gptimage2.com or open a support ticket from your account.
